So if you are a budding spoken word artist or never written before please feel free to come down and have a night of great company, great enviroment and great spoken word.

SMART stands for ’Self Management And Recovery Training’. This is a mutual support meeting where, through open and confidential discussion, we help each other and ourselves with recovery from any type of addictive behaviour. Smart Recovery uses self-empowering skills to help you build and maintain motivation; cope with urges; manage thoughts, feelings and behaviours; and live a balanced life. Our meetings consist of check-in, agenda setting, discussion and then check-out . this is an open group, so you can simply turn up on the night,

Does not matter about your level of skill. Wednesdays 1pm till 3pm

Sing and Strings is about sharing the music, no matter if you sound like 10 cats meowing for their supper or Whitney Houston you are all welcome. Learn to play an instrument, have a go or just mix with like minded people.

A held space for us to explore spirituality in recovery. Open to all faiths and paths, those questioning or interested. in any religion or spiritual view. This is not a space to persuade people of any belief, but a place to explore how we relate to spirituality in our lives, and how it can lead us to growth and healing in our selves, our relationships and our communities.
A space to write, to play with words, express ourselves and manifest creativity No skills or experience needed All you need is something to write with, and something to write on Please note this event is held up a flight of stairs, there is no lift - I am sorry that this venue is not accessible to all,
