We don't need to wait until we are struggling with life to find help and support, there are lots of things we can do to protect ourselves and prevent problems escalating, just as we do with our physical health.
Staywell Derby understands that a proactive approach is a way to reduce the day to day stresses of life but we also understand that Self-help alone may not be adequate for everybody. If you feel you need more support, it is important to discuss this with your GP or contact your local support services.
