Our lived experiences give us a unique understanding the importance that creating the right environment for Staff and volunteers plays within a organisation.
“Staywell Derby have done a wonderful job delivering training sessions to our Achieve Your Potential learners on Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace. Jamie developed a great relationship with the learners, and was also kind enough to develop a workbook for the learners to complete at their own pace. The sessions consisted of exercises and great tips on how to look after yourself while at work.”

Staywell Derby CIC is developing a number of Lived Experience Support Groups
Social Script, runs every Friday evening and is supporting individuals that have experienced prescription medication addiction. Using SMART Recovery at its core, this group offers a safe supporting peer led space to help build a long term recovery.
A Weight off your mind, running every fortnight on a Thursday evening, The main aim is to provide peer led support and guidance and inspiration to those who wish to lose weight and live a healthy happier life. This is not a diet group but supports individuals around Mental/emotional eating and food addiction.
We are currently developing and training volunteers to facilitate a number of other support groups.
We offer a range of bespoke training and Lived Experience evaluation of projects.
